Refund policy

All sales are final.  We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any purchases made on our website.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

We have a live arrival guarantee return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return if the plant is not in a healthy condition.  Please provide photos within 24 hours of receipt.
